Welcome to vacation paradise. Garden City and Surfside Beaches provide a relaxing place for your family vacation. There's ample opportunity to fish whether on our piers, in the surf, or on a charter boat. The water parks, amusements and minniature golf will entertain the kids, while tennis, championship golf, nighttime entertainment, and outlet shopping will satisfy your idea of relaxation and entertainment. Located only eight miles south of Myrtle Beach, you are only 15 minutes away from the famous area attractions and premium family entertainment venues like Medieval Times, and Legends in Concert, as well as Alabama Theatre, Dixie Stampede, and the Carolina Opry.
The Isle of Palms is different than other vacation spots because it's a residential island, where there just happens to be plenty of rental property. Located just 100 yards away, across beautiful Breach Inlet, is the Isle of Palms' sister island, Sullivan's Island. Natives describe the difference between the two islands simply: Isle of Palms is "more of a resort island," while Sullivan's Island is "more of a beach town." As an added benefit to choosing Isle of Palms, Sullivan's Island or Dewees Island as your vacation retreat, you'll find yourself only twelve miles from Historic Charleston.

No neon. No noise. No nerve- wracking traffic. A quiet, special place 25 minutes from Myrtle Beach, near historic Georgetown and Charleston. Wonderful seafood. Wide, clean, secluded beaches. On the sparkling sea. Abundant wildlife. Litchfield, North Litchfield and Litchfield by the Sea are all located on an eight-mile stretch of beach in the Waccamaw Neck section of Georgetown Country, South Carolina. The Waccamaw Neck is a long, narrow stretch of land bounded on the east by the Atlantic Ocean and on the west by the Waccamaw River (the largest fresh water section of the Intracoastal Waterway). The next beach south gives this special area its name, Pawleys Island. The name's a bit of a misnomer because there are really four beaches, the three at Litchfield, plus Pawleys Island, itself.
